KieselOps provides AI automation services for businesses. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables are agreed with each client directly.
SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages related to your request or inquiry from KieselOps. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Programs & purpose: messages are customer-care and service notifications related to your request, inquiry, or a call you placed to a business we operate or operate on behalf of a client.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may receive a final confirmation message.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance, or email kiesel@kieselops.com.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or carrier requirement.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your mobile information or consent data with third parties.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, KieselOps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services or messaging.
